🌱Dani Greens was featured on the front page of the Appeal Democrat, Saturday September 16, 2023! This is a huge milestone for my small business and was an amazing opportunity for the Yuba-Sutter area to hear about DaniGreens. I am so honored to serve this community and have especially enjoyed meeting my neighbors and making new friends along the way. 💚
🌱The article was wonderfully written by Ms. Shemaya Sutton, who came and visited the farm and interviewed myself and my uncle, who has been my main supporter from the start.

🌱The article mentions my more "rocky" past, as I am in recovery, and celebrated 10 years clean and sober in May. My life has totally changed direction and I now am serving with other women from local churches who go into the Sutter County Jail, to have church with the women in the maximum facility once a week. That is a huge honor as well, since a little over 10 years ago I was a repeated offender and inmate in the Sutter County Jail myself, due to my addiction. Thanks to the help of God, the Sutter County Superior Court, Sutter County probation, and so many others, I was able to have the support system I needed to change my whole life.
"You look so different!" That's the sentiment shared by most who see this mugshot. Not the prettiest part of my life, but one that I share in hopes of encouraging others and proof that people can change.
🌱I am a single mama to 3 amazing children. My oldest is a Sophomore at YCHS and I homeschool my other 2 children, who are elementary age. I hope that my story will be an encouragement to others who struggle with addiction, that if I can change, they can too, and that addiction isn't the end of their story.
🌱Dani Greens was born out of both a passion for gardening, organic food and health, and necessity. As I need a steady income to be able support my family and to continue homeschooling.
🌱The support of my community is necessary to continue offering freshly harvested, organically grown microgreens, for many years to come. I would just love to have your support Yuba-Sutter! 🌱Microgreens are plants that are harvested and eaten in the seedling stage, and are amazingly healthy! Research has found that they are up to 40 times more nutrient dense than the full grown vegetable they are grown from! Their possible health benefits are immense and so valuable to our community. They can be used in a wide variety of ways. They are delicious and diverse, plus super beneficial to your health!

I offer weekly or every other week subscriptions, which are discounted as opposed to placing a one time order. Placing an order for weekly delivery is the most cost effective option. My model is grow to order, so it may take the first initial grow period, about 10 days, depending on how many trays I am currently growing, to fulfill your order.
